Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a virtual assistant for business owners who are tired of letting the inbox, the files, and the follow-ups run the day. I handle the behind-the-scenes work so you can focus on the parts of your business that actually need you.

My job is to take the daily, weekly, and “oh-no-I-forgot” tasks off your plate so you can actually breathe. That means more than just clearing this week’s inbox. It means setting up the systems and habits that keep your business running smoothly, even on the days you’re not thinking about it.
I work best with people who want consistent, ongoing support. Not someone who shows up once, fixes a few things, and disappears.

A note on how I work:
I primarily book clients on a three-month retainer because real support takes consistency. The first week is focused on onboarding and getting aligned on your systems, so by week two we’re already in flow. Short-term projects are available too. Just ask.
